Easy and Delicious Greek Tzatziki

Ingredients
½ cup finely grated cucumber
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon chopped dill
Directions
- Place the cucumber on a towel, roll up towel and wring out the excess water over sink.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and dill.
- Chill until ready to use.
